Thank you Sophia and Jen!

Sophia and Jen - Thank you so much for the kind post on your blog! Sofia's CDH story kind of mirrors my sister's baby, Wyatt. Sophia has reherniated three times, most recently demanding surgery in April. They are so alike that Wyatt is scheduled for his next surgery in June. CDH is a birth defect where a fetus develops with an opening in the diaphragm. It has changed my sister's life, I guess even our family's. As I've never met Jen, I guarantee you that she is a positive-thinking person. You just have to be when you have a child with this condition. CDH happens in around 1 of every 2,000 life births.
