Our Weekend Trip

Hi everyone! It's thursday night here. Gino made hamburgers for dinner. I can't tell you the last time I had a regular hamburger... The juiciness is sticking in my taste buds!! Japanese hamburgers are softer, I thought it wasn't possible.

Gino and I are flying to Osaka and Kobe tomorrow.

To get a full reference as to the location within Japan, look at the small map in the bottom left corner-

We will be there from friday to monday. Just a little getaway. These cities are in the middle of Japan. Have you heard of kobe beef? Apparently beef can only be called Kobe beef if the cow was raised there. It's where they give the cows beer, massages, tlc . Then whap! Kill it. Supposed to make the beef taste better.

I let you know!

Hey D! Funny, I was just posting stuff about Australian burgers on another friend's blog. Australians like to put beets and a fried egg on their burgers. With other toppings, that is usually called a burger with "the lot!"

Have fun in Osaka and Kobe! I've heard about cows ing Japan that listen to classical music and get massages... and I immediately wondered - what would it be like to be a cow masseur for a living? :P

Maybe your hamburger was Kobo beef. I bet it still wasn't as good as you mom makes. (:)
